On September 8th 2000, chairmen and heads from all over the world gathered in the head quarter of United Nation in New York, signing together the action plan of “United Nation Millennium development goal”. This plan focused on 15 years’ application, composed of eight ”millennium development goals”. Therefore, all the human beings have the goal for struggling together.
DEVNET as the executive organ of UNESCO, has launched in 2011 the plan of photographing one hundred sets of literature piece of “Millennium Development and Harmonious World” in order to present to the whole world the process of application of the plan of millennium development goal designed by UN. DEVNET has organized professional group, planning to visit all the world to make interview on spot and to take photos of real views, deciding to use five years to accomplish all the photographing and manufacturing work.
This film will be published to the whole world in the celebrating ceremony of 70th anniversary of U.N., in 2015 (actually it is the last year of the application of Millennium goal). It will also be presented during the preparation period of 2015 Italy Milan Expo as a tribute film.
Now DEVNET decides to ask for creative small videos from all over the world, and try to select the content of literary. At the same time, DEVNET call for the development creativity of relevant souvenirs of the grand literary of “Millennium Goal and Harmonious World”.

We will have time to realize the Millennium development goal—in the range of the world and countries from all over the world—but we need to broke the previous working rules. We mustn’t rely on all the previous things and follow all the previous working plans.
We cannot achieve the success in a single night. We must take measures since now till the last day of the deadline, during all the decade to realize our goal. We need time to train teachers, nurses and engineers. We need time to build highways, schools and hospitals. We need time to en large small companies and promote large enterprises in order to provide more employments and incomes. We have to start now.
In the next few years we must double our aids and supports in the global development otherwise we are not able to accomplish the Millennium development goal.
——Ban Ki-moo, Secretary-General of United State has made the speech in the conclusion conference of Millennium development goal in June, 2007.
