The edifice of DEVNET which has been invested and constructed by DEVNET pavilion of 2010 China Shanghai Expo is an important world propagandist platform that implements and promotes the harmonious China, the harmonious Asia and harmonious world advocated by President Hu Jingtao. DEVNET Affaires Coordination Bureau is solely responsible for the operation of the settlement of DEVNET pavilion project of 2010 China Shanghai Expo and the edifice of DEVNET. Its purpose is to establish a communication platform in Fu Qing area for the relevant organizations and international organizations of United Nation and also for the association and enterprises at home and broad which commit to the corporation in the domains of international science, culture, economy and trade. It is established to provide the institution with places and services, expanding the development of the Delta area of Zhu River of China and especially enhancing the influence of developing countries through the radiation ability of China Fu Qing and China Fu Jian in order to promote the cooperation and communication between developing countries and developed countries.
