DEVNET has planned to establish International Research Institute in the edifice of DEVNET. The research institute adheres to the high-level, internationalized and open development location. It will cooperate intensively with famous universities, large enterprises, academic associations and relevant governmental agencies at home and abroad. It is dedicated to the researches of national and international front projects, consultancy services facing governments and enterprises and high level educational trainings of technologies and managers.
The main functions of International Project Research Institute are:
（1） Publish in the world range the information of international organizations, the project cooperation between governments and cooperation plans.
（2） Track project progress, update the latest project status and implement.
（3） Build project membership internet platform, intercommunication platform.
（4） Research the international projects from the perspective of strategies and policies；Give consultancy services to enterprises and investors.
（5） Establish a communicative and cooperative system with relevant research institute at home and abroad through holding together project research seminar, research cooperation research and international project promotion conference in order to enhance mutual understanding.
（6） Excavate the resources and need of the upstream and downstream of enterprises corporations, help enterprise combine resources together.
（7） 为Help enterprises and investors collect, plan and edit their interested project information, help them establish and declare their projects and engage in the operation of several relevant procedures.
（8） Be responsible for a serious of interaction works, such as the launch and normal operation of international cooperation projects.
International Project Research Institute will continue to develop the cooperative strategic partnership with Chinese Academic Institute, Chinese and international famous colleges and international prestigious enterprises in order to build five main platforms , such as information dissemination, project trading , value evaluation, investment and financing services and patents collections.
