DEVNET has planned to establish The Organizing Committee of the centre of International Culture and Art. This organizing committee which engages in the international culture and art activities has the responsibility of promoting international culture and art communication. It has not only recommended from elsewhere the marrow of foreign art and culture, but also introduced colorful culture of Chinese culture to the foreign countries so as to let the world understand China as well as let China understand the world in order to strengthen the friendly communication between Chinese and international people.
The organizing committee has planned to rely on the intensive relationship with international country mechanisms, cultural departments and art performance groups. It tends to publish international culture treasures and tangible culture heritages through global exposition, auction, performance, award, etc. It will create for the heads of governments and officials, global enterprises and companies and the public a good opportunity to get a full understanding about the international countries from different parts of the world. It will also establish for the world a platform for communication, exposition and promotion.
The main functions of the Organizing Committee of the centre of International Culture and Art:

The Organizing Committee of the centre of International Culture and Art will make a further step to develop the strategic cooperation partnership with the research institutes of Chinese Academy of Science, Chinese and international famous colleges and international prestigious enterprises in order to build five main platforms for information publicity, project trading, value evaluation, investment and financing services and patents collections.
